About Tap2Fix
Making Jamaica's infrastructure problems visible, trackable, and impossible to ignore.
Our Mission
Tap2Fix exists because Jamaica deserves better infrastructure. Every pothole, every broken streetlight, every burst pipe affects real people every day. But too often, these problems go unreported or get lost in bureaucracy.
We believe that by making infrastructure problems visible and trackable, we can create accountability. When everyone can see what's broken and whether it gets fixed, authorities are more likely to act.
Our vision is simple: every infrastructure problem in Jamaica should be documented, every report should be tracked, and every resolution should be celebrated.
How It Works
1. Report
Submit an infrastructure issue with photos and location
2. Verify
Confirm your email to activate the report
3. Track
Watch as the community validates and authorities respond
4. Resolve
See issues get fixed and share the progress

Email verification helps us prevent spam and fake reports. It ensures every report comes from a real person who cares about their community. Your email is kept private and never shared with authorities.
After email verification, your report goes live on the map. We notify the relevant parish council (anonymously). The community can validate your report. You'll receive email updates when the status changes.
Reports are marked as resolved when the issue has been fixed. This can happen when authorities update the status, when community members confirm the fix, or when the original reporter confirms resolution.
